Great amenities such as a luxurious spa and hot springs. Nice location close to public transportation and within walking distance to restaurants. The room was equipped with high-quality amenities.

Staff members had difficulty communicating in English and were not very accommodating when a problem arose. Our stay was disrupted by loud guests in public areas.

The hot springs facility is amazing, with 8 big baths and differing spring water. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are attentive and welcoming. The hot spring soaking stations have a great ambiance and warm, professional staff. The hotel provides a serene and elegant atmosphere, away from the crowd. The breakfast is wonderful and the option to try the hotel's restaurant for dinner is a must. a knockout hotel with courteous service and incredible hot springs.

The hot springs in the hotel were a real treat during my New Year stay. The baths were of varying temperatures and helped us unwind and relax. Another great aspect of the hotel was the high level of privacy and limited number of rooms. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation.

while the staff was friendly, there was a slight communication gap due to language barriers. the experience was good, but the food and communication could be improved.

The area around the hotel is a great spot to explore local restaurants. the public onsen area and Beitou station are easily accessible. The private hot springs in the room are a nice perk, as is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast is gourmet level and the staff is attentive, providing world class service.

The high cost is not reflected in the room decor, which is little different from a traditional style.

villa 32 surpassed my previous taipei stay. impeccable service, amazing hot springs, and heavenly beds. the japanese-style room with outdoor hinoki tub was fabulous. dinner was tasty and being able to access the hot springs before and after check-in made it a true getaway.

Hot springs sometimes not hot enough.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. The exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations. The Spa and wellness center was the highlight of my stay. The massage I received was heavenly. The garden area was a peaceful oasis. The open-air bath was a unique experience. The room advantages were exceptional, including private facilities. The restaurant provided an exquisite culinary journey. In-room breakfast was a delightful experience. The location advantages offered a tranquil escape from the bustling city.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was with the service. While still good, it wasn't as attentive as I had hoped for at such a high-end venue.
